Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Solitude

The upstairs is a vibe. We had incredible food and loved the scenery. The salt block that cooks the wagyu beef was incredible and a must have! The only thing that is a big miss is the Bruce Lee Roy roll. I’ve had it twice and while it reads like an amazing concept, it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time. Everything else is great!

Edge Steakhouse is one of my favorite fine dining restaurants in Park City. It is consistently an award-winning Utah restaurant. Most recently, I ate Thanksgiving dinner here with two friends, who were blown away by how fantastic the food was from the creamy bisque to the 6 oz. of wagyu beef, perfectly cooked to order, and the. Pumpkin crème brûlée and almond cake. Sophia and JC were excellent bussers. Server Greg Olsen is the consummate professional. He is a joy and delight to talk to and work with. Eunice is a most talented server too. The restaurant manager Matt Brewster stopped to make sure everything was perfect. We assured him it was. All in all, it was a leisurely and conversation-filled dinner! A perfect way to end a Thanksgiving. Highly recommend Edge Steakhouse.

Brought in a group of family prior to Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful meal. Aaron, our waiter , was delightful and provided all we needed and more. He even had Adam, the chef/owner come say hello to our table. We loved our apps, roasted carrots, brussel sprouts and smoked salmon dip. I had the trout salad as an entree and loved it (again). Everyone loved their entrees. Will always go back. Been there many times.

I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris several time and this time was absolutely amazing. The food the drinks the stuff was absolutely amazing. It was snowing and had an amazing view. I took an amazing woman out who’s never been here. Needless to say Ruth’s Chris didn’t disappoint. You need to know if you don’t it is a high end steak house so plan on 250 plus tip for two people.
