Maybe they were not supposed to be however, I do believe that they were supposed to be crisp. I made our reservation using the Open Table app on my phone. We arrived right on time and were promptly seated. Our waiter was excellent and helpful when we had questions regarding menu options. Being elderly, we chose to split our meal, ordering the New York Strip (medium) with a baked potato and a Mixed Greens Salad (with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing). Every item we ordered was perfectly prepared and deliciously enjoyed by the both of us!
