Amazing from start to finish. You can tell the team is highly trained in customer service. We originally were seated upstairs and the amazing hostesses got a table outside after we asked. We had the BEST waiter Jose! Jose is highly trained and amazing at what he does. He made us feel at home right when we sat down. The food was incredible I will be back to Call Me Gaby very very soon! Amazing story behind the place as well! I hope more restaurants were like Call Me Gaby. Thank you for a great night with my family.

Truly one of the best dining experiences in Miami. The service is personalized, thoughtful, and absolutely above and beyond. Being escorted to the fish counter to choose your fish and preparation was both fun and educational (we learned a lot about a few types of fish we had never heard of!). Prepare to spend at least $100/person, but unlike other similarly priced Miami restaurants-here it’s well worth the expense.

The food was fantastic, as always. The atmosphere was magical. The service was very slow. At times, we felt we had been forgotten. And we had to wait almost an hour to be seated while we could see empty tables already set for guests.
