Impeccable service! I forget how rare it is and how pampered it makes you feel. Grill 23 offers that. And beautifully prepared food, if a little too salty for my taste. And DineOutBoston makes it a deal.

This is hands down the best steakhouse and fine dining experience in Boston - we celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and he got the Wagyu steak! I tried it and it tasted so tender and buttery and decided that I really love this steak - even as a non-steak eater ! Just remember to be specific with your busser and be clear about what you're still working on finishing - don't say I'm all set, or they will clear your plates - they have a very high standard of service and it shows! Liam brought us a personal birthday card and checked on us, which was so sweet and added that personal touch we've all been craving! GET the chocolate cake if you have room! It was expensive but actually so worth it - with an app, drinks, and 2 premium meals and 2 sides (creamed spinach and mashed potato), plus the tip it was $360 - so be prepared with your credit card to take a hit - but it's actually so worth it for the level of customer service and experience - the bread it also a huge bonus but don't fill up on it too quickly because the main plates are so abundant and heavenly!

Very good dinner experience. Nice atmosphere and attentive service. Crab & Cod Ramen was delicious and portion was very bountiful. Server mentioned that she had not seen a guest finish the dish so enough for another meal! Definitely recommend.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Everything was exceptional. Can’t wait to come back!

What a fun Valentine’s Day! Special menu was delicious and plentiful. Five courses with choices for each. Enjoyed the music too. Only issue was it was really cold out and coming through the glass. Will be a perfect spot when the warmer weather is here.
