Morimoto Asia offers an exceptional dining experience with its outstanding ambiance, decor, and laid-back vibe. The restaurant exudes elegance while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for an enjoyable evening out. The Food •The fried rice was absolutely excellent, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. •The lo mein with chicken was decent but didn’t quite stand out compared to the other dishes. •The spare ribs were a highlight—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. •The sushi, while fresh and well-presented, was just okay and didn’t leave a lasting impression. The Service The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a smooth dining experience. Overall While some dishes were amazing (like the spare ribs and fried rice), others were more average, which is why I gave Morimoto Asia 4 stars instead of 5. It’s a fantastic spot for a refined dining experience, but there’s room for improvement in certain menu items. Would definitely return to try the duck and for the ambiance.

We are gluten free (allergies) and this restaurant had so many options! Daniel was an amazing server. Even borough is “celebrating“ pins for our anniversary. The oysters on a half shell were so fresh and delicious that we got 2 dozen! Crab cake was delicious, carpaccio was amazing and nothing was less than excellent! We will be back!

DeeDee was an excellent, attentive server who gave us great advice on menu choices (Wagyu spinalis and the mixed grill (beef, elk, lamb)). Flavor and preparation were on point. Definitely going back and asking for DeeDee again.

Was a delicious experience. Next time I’d opt for a booth seating over a high top given high tops proximity to the bar. I love the fast service and the old fashion came out just right. Wish I had more time to stay around but it’s a perfect place whether you intend to linger and enjoy company or have a quick bite. Will be back again

Excellent restaurant. The food was great—lots to select from. Our waitress, Raquel did an outstanding job explaining the menu as well as provided superb customer service. I highly recommended this venue for all types of gatherings.
