Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Silverton Casino Hotel

We were here with ten ppl for our wedding weekend and enjoyed a fabulous meal at Rosa Mexicano. Amazing service, the food was incredible, and the entire restaurant is just beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a better Experience!!!

We arrived on time and I added one more person to the party. There was no problems and was seated promptly. The waitress was very kind and she explained everything to the two people that had never been there. The server made sure to come and check on us throughout our stay and asked if we had any special, request for meat. She also recommended a wonderful drink that had some espresso liquor, and it was delicious.

We had a little bit of a wait for our table and we had reservations. But our son chose this place as his birthday spot so off we went .. it was a great atmosphere. We loved the appetizers that we ordered and had great meals. They even gave our son a little dessert for his birthday. He was so happy and grinning from ear to ear as he ate his food and his dessert. Definitely a great experience and very memorable.

They seem to have stabilized and become consistent in quality of their offerings. The last few times we visited them it was absolutely acceptable on all levels. Cost compared to as it was historically is a bit over what it should be, but since the cost of everything is through the roof now since COVID and 4 years of insane political policies causing inflation, we understand their plight. They have improved - or returned to their expected quality would be more accurate - to the point where we go now even sans resort dining credit.

Excellent food and service. I will be back again to use the lunch special menu again. The portion sizes were just right too. I asked for steak sauce, and even though none was provided to me, I can see why now…because I would not have enjoyed how delicious the meat was if I had sauce on it. Bravo!
