Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Bay Park

Everything about our lunch was great. The food was delicious, as was the ambiance on the patio. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The Oriental chicken salad and the tuna melt were more than generous portions. I recommend C-Level as an excellent luncheon destination in San Diego.

We enjoyed a wonderful fun meal that was well prepared by our chef who was engagingly polite and friendly. He incorporated the kids into his magic preparations and was extremely polite. Our server was also excellent and stayed on top of our refills and overall service. Thank you for a special dinner for our family.

We haven't been here in over a year, but it won't be long before we'll be back. The food was a wow which rarely happens in my dining experience. We like to sample a lot of different items, so we spent a lot of time on the "Bites" part of the menu, and it was all fantastic. Each item we had was very well crafted and well executed to deliver some extraordinary flavor combinations. The Oysters, Tostados, Handrolls, and Steak tartar were all highlights and not what you would normally expect for these types of dishes. the Dover Sole was very enjoyable, but it was a special so won't always be there. Not a huge wine list but well covered and you could get many nice wines by the glass that are normally reserved for by the bottle lists. I highly recommend going, we will go back very soon.

Fabulous food, cozy ambiance & gracious service. This is a family favorite restaurant, and we love coming to Cesarina to celebrate special occasions. The pastas & antipasti are all so delicious. The carpaccio is superb & sliced so thin it's transparent. My husband always orders a pasta allo scoglio (seafood pasta), my daughter pasta with bolognese, and my son & I usually order a house special - which is oftentimes a ravioli or other stuffed pasta. Also, be sure to save room for the absolute best tiramisu ever. It's an easily shareable dessert... and it's made tableside & completely out of this world delicious! My daughter loves Cesarina so much that we've celebrated a family lunch together at the restaurant for the past few birthdays :) The staff are always so warm & friendly, and we've loved the keepsake Polaroids of her every year! Everything here is always amazing!! The dan dan noodles are the best !! Also highly recommend trying the California roll tacos and the boozin Susan’s famous chi chi
