Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Everything from the beginning was a great overall experience. The food was delicious, every single order, and the service was top notch. The restaurant decor was so posh yet comfortable. The view was also amazing. The only drawback was that they took forever to get me my check. Despite this, I’m still going to come back. That’s how good the food is!!

Great experience overall. Would definitely return. Our last course took a while to come out but the kitchen threw in an extra dish for free. Totally understandable because it was busy. Servers were very kind and fast.

We had a lovely experience. The service is absolutely amazing - great people working here and taking care of you. Food also very good - exciting to try local flavors with a twist. We shared the whole menu for two as recommended. It was a very decent amount of food! Can really recommend this place!

My lady loved the place. Food was good. Tour guide was awesome and energetic. The only “downside” was the museum was so small. But it’s a pretty place and the ambiance is perfect for a nice lunch/brunch. Highly recommended.
