They were professional and attentive while maintaining a friendly and kind demeanor, which greatly enhanced our dining experience. It truly felt like they were happy to have us there, adding a personal touch to the evening. The highlight, of course, was the food. Red Rooster offered a diverse buffet selection that was both creative and of high quality. We started with the oxtail fried rice, which was rich and flavorful. The soul food paella was another standout dish, with ribs that literally fell off the bone, paired perfectly with crispy, well-seasoned fried fish.
