- MMichelleSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is a one of a kind, Seattle experience, that should not be missed. But be warned, if you go once, you will want to go back, all the time, . . . As does all of Seattle. So it can be hard to get a reservation. Plan ahead. For this particular time, we made a reservation a week to a week and a half, and did not get the timeframe we wanted. But if we had got the timeframe we wanted, we would’ve had to wait over a month. Doesn’t matter, so worth it fantastic food, fantastic ambience, totally world class experience. So proud to have some thing like this, at this level of excellence, here in Seattle. I’m almost always order the afternoon tea / high tea experience. Yes you will be shocked at the price. But it is not the most expensive in town by a longshot, BUT it is the best! The owner of this place knows what they’re doing, it feels so very authentic. Service is so kind and friendly, you just don’t want the moment to end. But you will have to leave, and you can go to the store down the street to buy a Momento, . . . A very, very cool Momento, and reminder of the wonderful moment that you had there. My whole family can’t wait to go, and want to go there for every celebration, . . . And when I say, whole family, I mean me, (the wife), my husband (will not let us go without him), my teenager (who feels very grown-up), my grade schooler (This is his favorite birthday celebration place, and he asks for it every year.), and my mom, who introduced me to the place. You have not fully experienced the best ofSeattle if you have not been here.More infoQueen Mary Tea RoomPrice: Moderate• Afternoon Tea• Laurelhurst•4.8

Sangria was very good and the the lamb was Devine and the Portuguese pig was full of flavor and a very ample portion on both in fact a steal at the price. If you gf/dog the panda cotta was out of this world. If your not gf/df just get it! People next to got the basque cheesecake it looked great and they told us was delicious. - CChantelSeattle / Eastern Washington •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoIt was fantastic! I had a long overdue dinner planned with two of my best girlfriends tonight and we are so happy we chose JOEYs! We were greeted by Ambers huge welcoming smile and seated right away. We loved our comfortable booth, the ambiance was beautiful, and despite it being a busy restaurant, it felt so comfortable and cozy. Our server was Maddie and she was fantastic! Very attentive, gave great drink suggestions, and even suggested two appetizers which happened to be two of our favorite things at the table! We also loved that we had so many different servers checking in on us throughout the evening. We were very well taken care of and we will absolutely be back!More infoJOEY University VillagePrice: Moderate• American• Laurelhurst•4.6
- JJimNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWhat a special place and special meal. My wife have been trying to dine here for over 25 years and we finally made it happen. We knew it was going to be a great night when we were seated at one of the widow seats. Didn't know that space had been added. We absolutely loved our waiter Patrick; we was spectacular in every way. Solid wine list at reasonable prices. Loved the Barbera d' Asti from northern Italy The local Washington oysters were a treat. Arancini (3) were hot and delish. Went for the classic Pink Door lasagna (I never order Lasagna in restaurants - Costco lasagna has ruined me forever on the dish!) However I loved this version - such subtle flavors. My wife had the pappardelle (she makes a number of great PD dishes) and she loved what she ordered. Ended the evening with the sticky toffee dessert which also was rich and memorable! It's clear the Pink Door know its lane and everything works. Every thing we ate was memorable and we can't wait to return and try what we didn't have a chance to enjoy. We flew up from Sacramento to see Beethoven's 7th at the Seattle Symphony. Thanks for your part in making our trip more than we ever could have hoped for.More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8

Jon our server was the best at keeping us on time and provided great service.
