THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience.     The staff was super friendly and engaging. The restaurant itself was very clean and tables well spaced and views from most, including into the kitchen!     Our dinner was amazing! From the bread basket to the lovely and delectable cake they gave my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. The salad was delicious and the filet mignon and NY Strip entrees were perfection. Felix our server was so wonderful. He even helped me order the perfect cocktail. Loved him. The ambience is perfect with the charm of vintage Vegas. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. This restaurant is everything I had hoped for and more. Thanks to The Steak House, my love had a most yummy and memorable night.
