As always, wonderful experience. We dined on a combination of specials and standard menu items. All are highly unique and were prepared with care and attention the ingredients deserved. Service was top-notch. +++Bartender prepares a mean Sazerac!

We’ve eaten at Carmine’s a few times now but we love eating there during this time of year. Carmine’s is the perfect spot for a festive holiday meal! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful decorations that set the holiday mood. The service is top-notch—attentive and friendly, making you feel right at home. Their family-style Italian dishes are absolutely delicious, with generous portions that are perfect for sharing. So, for being in the heart of NYC, it’s a decent value for our family. Whether it’s a holiday gathering or just a night out, Carmine’s delivers a memorable dining experience

Good and service were excellent. Expensive and portions not very large but because the food is really worth it!

Mary C was stellar with her service, interaction, and expertise making our afternoon tea experience at The Palm Court more memorable than we could have expected. She was quick to greet us when we sat down and was patient with us when taking our time to decide which tea service to choose. (We chose the Traditional). Yes, there were lots of people during the holiday season, but Mary C was patient and kind, taking time to explain all the yummy things to eat. She even boxed up the extra treats we could not finish. Well worth the time and expense for an invaluable afternoon with Mary C. She is as much an asset as Eloise and we hope the Plaza hangs a portrait of her on their wall as well.
