- TTimothyGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoMy wife and I are of moderate income. We brought seven kids/young adults to Capital Grille for a larger family re-union. Our kids were sticker shocked at the price for Entrees and would not order. With appetizers being moderately priced, we ordered appetizers until we all had our fill. We then ordered desserts until we all had our fill. Although the shrimp cocktail was tougher than we would expect, the remaining food and deserts were exceptional. The service was exceptional. The ambiance was exception. We all really enjoyed our family reunion.More infoThe Capital Grille - BurlingtonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Burlington•4.8

The food is very good - loved the carrot salad, and the chocolate/mint dessert. I liked the scallops - was expecting something different, but enjoyed the unusual presentation and tastes.More info80 ThoreauPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Concord•4.6
- JJimGreater Boston •8 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024We drove from Worcester to have Christmas Eve dinner at Smith & Wollensky in Burlington after discovering that every (every) nice/high-end restaurant in Worcester ("we're the second largest city in New England!") was closed on December 24. The drive was well worth it as we discovered a wonderful new place for high-end dining: Smith & Wollensky! As noted in our star ratings, the food was top notch, as was the service and ambiance. Furthermore, even the noise level was decidedly low, which allowed for pleasant conversation -- a huge plus for my wife, who is very hard of hearing (even with two cochlear implants) and a big, big difference from any of the big-name restaurants in Worcester. All-in-all, having Christmas Eve dinner at Smith & Wollensky was a treat for us, no matter how you look at it. We will definitely return and we recommend that you go there, too!More infoSmith & Wollensky - BurlingtonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Burlington•4.4
