An Unforgettable Experience at Mijo – Perfect for Celebrations! We recently celebrated my father's 55th birthday at Mijo, located in the Durango Casino, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, everything about the experience was impeccable. The service was fabulous, with both servers on our visits incredibly attentive and genuinely caring about ensuring everything was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness elevated our dining experience to the next level. The ambiance was amazing—cozy, inviting, and perfectly suited for a special occasion or even just a night out. It's rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The food was Wow! We tried eight different dishes, and every single one was a flavor-packed delight. Two standouts were the Octopus and the Lobster Enchiladas—absolutely phenomenal! The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors truly showcased the kitchen's skill. This was my wife’s and my second visit, and Mijo did not disappoint. Our first visit wasn’t just a fluke—this place consistently delivers a top-tier dining experience. Our server - Kevin - was fantastic, making the dinner special for us. The food was very, very good. I would’ve like my steak cooked a bit more, but I didn’t say anything at the time. A special ‘birthday’ desert was given to me by Kevin on behalf of the restaurant. Special and tasty! Overall, the experience was as good as expected. We can’t wait to go back again.

this place was great. the service was friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing and with big portions, I ordered the spaghetti and meatball and it was the best I ever had. I love the live entertainment, a frank Sinatra karaoke singer was very good. Overall it was a great experience, a little pricy but worth it.

Nice fancy and romantic place, much better than I expected. Beautiful view of Bellagio hotel fountain, super pretty and romantic if you sit outside on deck . 5 stars restaurant, i recommend it to my friends already , easy to find , next to casino . Food was so good and service was perfect .

Everything was delicious. The calamari was a memorable standout, as were the asparagus and macaroni and cheese. These simple dishes were elevated in such a way to become truly remarkable. I also really enjoyed my salted caramel espresso martini, and my husband's old fashioned was complex and flavorful. The service was efficient and friendly, and we really enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner there.
