Best Restaurants for a Quick Bite in Gloucester

We went to Parlour to celebrate my partner's (very) belated birthday and I have to say I was so impressed by the personal touches and the service at Parlour to facilitate our celebration. I was particularly impressed to see my partner's name on the menu at the top with a Happy Birthday message, as well as the greeting we got with a bit of bubbly to cheers. Beyond that, the service at Parlour was incredible and the staff there are very attentive and also kind. In the summer I had this delicious hot honey cocktail, which was no longer on the menu given seasonal menus, but the bartender who created the cocktail remembered it and made me one. Which again, really outstanding and I could tell she was so happy to have someone remember a drink she crafted in the summer. We will be back for sure.

Service was great, food very good, entertainment really nice. Friendly and accommodating staff. We forgot to mention an issue with some food garnishing and they offered to remake it. Amazing. Will be back, cool atmosphere!

First time there but won't be my last! Beautiful spot, so nicely decorated, service was impeccable, staff friendly and food prompt and delicious. Impressive menu. Would also like to commend the hostess for phoning me when we were late for our reservation because we were lost, she gave directions that helped get us there in a hurry. And they held our reservation despite being totally full with no other tables available. Would highly recommend.

The meal was wonderful. We were seated and our orders were taken quickly. I ordered the steak and was cooked to perfection. My friend ordered the honey glazed chicken and was also pleased with it. Service was excellent.

Always love visiting this spot but we have to give a shoutout to our server who was phenomenal! He had only been working at Gburger for two weeks but you'd never know. He was beyond kind, attentive and really made our experience that much better. If I didn't know he was new we would have assumed he owned the place because he treated his role/job with such care of someone who's very invested in their workplace. So shoutout to hiring amazing staff!! Food of course was great, and amazing value compared to what you get now most places.
