- CCathyVIPVirginia •22 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoChristmas Eve and the place was packed but running efficiently. The owner was visibly on-site, taking pictures of patrons in front of their beautiful Christmas tree, a very nice touch. My only complaint was that it was a prix fixe menu, which I did not know about when I made the reservation. I also saw nothing on their website to indicate such. The food was excellent and well priced at $95 pp, so we stayed, but would have liked to have known that the full menu was not available before we went.More infoBookbinder's Seafood and SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Richmond•4.8

- SSSSfoodloverVirginia •8 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt had become a family tradition for my daughter, husband and me to visit Amuse on Christmas Eve. It had also been a few years since we’d been able to time it right! This year we made a plan and I am so glad we did. The food and service were both outstanding! Alex took care of us from start - with our sparkling holiday cocktails - through lunch with scallops, oysters, a strip steak, and the best beets, brussel sprouts, and parsnips - until dessert, an upside down pear and pomegranate cake. We won’t wait as long before we go back again!More infoAmuse at The Virginia Museum of Fine ArtsPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Richmond•4.7
- MMichaelWashington, D.C. Area •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoExcellent Excellent Excellent. Ambience A+, Service A+, Food A. We’re going back, we may even make this a part of our restaurant rotation. A real gem. Only reason food did not get an A, it could have been slightly warmer. The taste, however was exceptional (there was literally not an empty table when we went so we know the kitchen was busy). Again, a great dining experience.More infoMetzger Bar and ButcheryPrice: Expensive• Contemporary German• Richmond•4.7
- KKevinVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThis place was bumping! Everything was exceptional…a little loud, but to be expected as busy as the place is. My only issue was my mussels were on the cool side… as though they were probably done before my wife’s meal & sat in the pick-up window for a few minutes before coming to the table. They were still delicious, just not hot. The service was perfect. Our table super nice. Staff was friendly & had a sense of urgency, yet calm. My wife will go back again & again!More infoCan Can BrasseriePrice: Moderate• French• Richmond•4.4
