We ordered the 5 courses fixed menu. Everything about our meal was excellent. The dishes were well presented, tasty and comforting, with depth in flavors and textures. Service was attentive and the food came out promptly. We would definitely go back if we were around the area.

What a great experience. While the food and service was the star of the show, we had a great time listening to the soundtrack playing during the meal. The music was great and not the traditional “stuffy” music you might imagine playing in the background. Definitely had us dancing in our seats! As far as the food, I cannot express how absolutely delicious everything was. From the oysters, butter board to the main course of filet and salmon, our taste buds were smiling from ear to ear. Every piece cooked and served to perfection. The service was very attentive and friendly. Everyone that stopped by the table was a joy to interact with! Job well done Stanton Social TEAM!!

My wife and I had lunch at Delmonico today. This is our first time for lunch and it was great. We split the tomato salad, had a smash burger and the small filet - all were very good and perfect portions. The star of the show, however, was the steak fries - perfectly cooked and delicious. We could not stop eating them. While Delmonico is known for the big steak dinner, it’s a great place for a nice lunch as well.

The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. We visit Vegas every other month and we always start off our trip with Scotch 80! The number one reason is the amazing treatment we always receive ! Luis is the absolute best and it doesn’t hurt that all the food is fantastic! Oh, did I mention the drinks?! Mai Tai yes please! I can’t rave enough about Scotch 80! The seafood tower is spectacular!
