Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles. The interior is multi-faceted, with a black slate tiled traditional dining room, a gorgeous 14 person capacity wooden sushi bar, a semi private "tatami" room which holds 12 people, a larger 25 person private dining room, an enclosed "back patio" casual dining room complete with tropical garden, a black concrete liquor bar with custom sake cocktails and fusion traditional cocktails.     Delicious brunch at the Charlotte. I opted for savory and my husband chose something sweet and both were outstandingly prepared and delicious. Dining here is definitely a treat. The views are beautiful too. Highly recommend!

    The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.

    Wonderful interior, attentive wait staff, delicious food. My work team has visited previously and loved it so much we returned again. On the recent visit 1 of the dishes was too salty for us and the waitress was quick to remove it from our bill and get a replacement dish ordered for us. My work team plans to visit again as overall Mint Progressive is a crowd pleaser.

    Brilliant. What a wonderful place. Lauren the bartender and do-everything owner KT were excellent. Really customer focused. Food was not heavy. Salmon was so tasty. The hanger steak was done just right. The only thing we didn’t do was lick the plate but we cleaned it. Next time have to Uber so we can try the whisky flight.
