Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Sanford

Our reservation was on file and we were seated immediately in our favorite, a booth. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server and a "trainee" took good care of us. Another positive experience at the Tap Room. We'll be back!

This is the place to go for heat food, great servers, ina great environment. Too may restaurants are open and noisy. You We had a can still feel the buzz of activity, but also intimate enough to have conversations. Dang Bang Shrimp was great. As well as the entrees, Surf and Surf special (black grouper (with crab topping) & shrimp scampi, crab cakes, and a filet mignon. No that wasn’t all me, there were three of us. Great wine selection, well priced for the quality of food and drinks that you get. Now onto the server. We had Kevin! I know, you’re thinking, just tell us the service was good so we can book our reservation. No! I’m telling you to book your reservation and ask for Kevin. All the servers here are great. Very helpful, attentive, friendly, and fun. But Kevin was all that and more! He had a great sense of humor and put up with me….. that’s allot of you know me. He knew the menu and drinks well, was quick to make suggestions for my, very slow to decide sister, and patient. So bottom line, great environment, amazing food, fantastic wine list, and KEVIN! Now, go find a time and make a reservation, you can stop looking.

Tyl was one of the best waitress/waiters we've had the pleasure of meeting: She's extremely efficient, knowledgeable and efficient. When we asked for her opinion on various selections on the menu, she knew exactly what she thought for our tastes. Tyl is a major asset to both the restaurant and the brand. The food is always the same quality as aspected. We highly recommend both The Broadside Restaurant and Tyl . You won't be disappointed

Our first time here and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We sat at the bar outside and enjoyed a delicious cocktail, the bar tenders were outstanding. We sat outside and enjoyed the Irish musicians. The food was delicious - slow roasted pork, beef short ribs, shepherd’s pie and chicken pie - all done to perfection. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly. We had a great night. Will be back again!

Very nice dinner with family. Great Caribbean cocktails, nicely seasoned food, reasonable prices.
