Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Newport

Otto's was wonderful! The vodka gimlet, brie and berry salad, and the filet were delish!

We dined Tuesday night with 9 ppl. From a 14 yr old to a 90 yr old. Kelly was our waitress and did an excellent job. She was very very attentive. Kelly made our dinner experience very enjoyable. The food is always excellent and the dining area is very comfortable. Thank you again Kelly!

Our first visit to Shire’s did not disappoint! Beautiful restaurant with great views! Katrina took very good care of our party of six. Chef does an excellent job creating unique flavor profiles. Tried the fried green tomato, beef Wellington and mussels appetizers. All were perfectly prepared and delicious! Our entrees included the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & scallops, and chicken roulade. Again all dishes were delicious!! The only negative was the chicken was a little dry and could have used a sauce to help with that; but the pea risotto that accompanied it was very tasty. The pear mocktail was lovely too!! Perfect place for special occasion dinner!!!

We had amazing customer service from the waiter and the manager. There was a small issue with an entree and the staff went above what would be expected to resolve the concern. We will be back soon! Always a great experience.

We had a large table for a birthday dinner. They were extremely accommodating and were even able to modify the reservation for a last minute rsvp, day of! Kept up with our table really well and the drinks were great!
