Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in South Jamaica

First time dining here and it was a wonderful experience. The service here is better than anywhere else I’ve ever been. We ordered the burrata, prosciutto and fig appetizer and the eggplant rollatini appetizer, both were lovely, really enjoyed the red sauce on the eggplant parm. I ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce as my entree and my husband ordered the chicken and shrimp Gennaro special, everything was so well made and tasted amazing! We didn’t have room for dessert but the menu looked amazing, I can’t believe there were so many options for desserts!

Excellent as usual. The very BEST bolognese anywhere. Great variety on menu without overdoing, something Delicious for every palate. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. A very Happy Birthday celebration generously provided.

Have come here before and will continue to come here. Food was pretty great and service is pretty wonderful.

The food here is always great. I had the lamb and sea (lamb chops and shrimp) which was one of the specials. The lamb was cooked just as I asked (medium) and was a nice portion, along with 5 or 6 shrimp, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also had the mussels for an appetizer, some of the best I have had. Everyone at our table was too full for dessert. In fact, 3 out of the 5 of us took home leftovers. Nick’s Bistro remains one of our favorite restaurants both for the food and the value, as well as the friendly, attentive wait staff.

This is one of my go to spots. The food, drinks, and service is always on point. The dining room is much quieter than the bar area. Parking can be a pain but it’s a great place to eat.
