Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Nantucket

We had a delicious dinner at Island Kitchen - great value on the Prix Fix menu, but the full menu was also an option. It looks rougher from the outside than it is inside…inside, it’s quite lovely.

We had a lovely Valentine's Dinner at the Wild Goose Tavern and everyone was delicious! Filet Mignon was perfectly cooked. Shrimp Scampi was wonderful too! We ended the meal sharing a chocolate lava cake - OMG - so so good. We had a terrific time.

Wonderful fixed price Valentine’s menu. Service was great and so was the food! Not cheap, but honestly well worth it.

Or the Whale has a wonderful atmosphere for visitors and year-round Islanders alike! It has the largest bar on island as well as a wonderful outdoor patio area for alfresco dining! It’s a must stop on your visit to Nantucket! The staff are amazing and we consider it our island Cheers! Kudos to the team!!

Having been to Black Eyed Susans many times for breakfast - I was surprised to see they offered dinner. I truly thought it was a breakfast joint. After looking at a the menu for Stroll - I decided I wanted to go. What a hidden gem. Best kept secret on the island for sure!! Food was FANTASTIC. Service was Fantastic. The Atmosphere was Fantastic! Overall experience was amazing. Like I said - best kept secret on the Island. Look forward to going back in the summer!!
