Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Midway

Pine Cone Ridge is a beautiful restaurant with amazing local art and perfect finishes which make the space inviting and cool. The service was top shelf. The servers were timely and friendly and all of the staff was very personable and engaged us in conversation. My sea bass dinner was my best meal in Park City. The fish was fresh and seasoned nicely and the sauce was delicious. My husband had the Bison which he shared with me and it was very tasty as well. The Bison plate was certainly heavier with a full stuffed baked potato and a large serving of broccolini. My plate was lighter (which I enjoyed) - just fish, sauce and a nice brussel sprout leaf salad. We also got the homemade bread basket which we enjoyed.

Unique & delicious menu items. Our table ordered the trout, scallops, kale Caesar, Gen Tso cauliflower & eggplant, & burger. All phenomenal! Prices were in line with a fairly expensive restaurant, however, service & food were worth it. The only downfall was the inconsistency with cocktails. They were good, not great & very pricey. It’s definitely a hidden gem. Nice to be off Main St. Oh! Last but not least, kudos to our amazing waiter, Rosie! Outstanding!

We’ve been coming to Blind Dog for years. This was our best experience. Food was amazing, for our entire party. Jackson was super friendly & professional, we loved chatting with him. The best Paloma to date, anywhere!! Great experience all around!

Tonight was our third visit this week to The Lakehouse. Tonight we met some friends who are leaving the area soon and found out they had never been to the Lakehouse! Once inside they were delightfully impressed with the ambiance and style. They had no idea despite having driven by hundreds of times and were so pleasantly surprised. We were able to sit upstairs, our favorite spot, and Gemma was our server. The food was wonderful. Our appetizer choice tonight were the scones. The consensus was “eat dessert first - life is short”. Totally delicious and I recommend. The short rib rigatoni was excellent reported by my Italian food loving friend, the pastrami burger, the filet and sea bass - bon appetit. We finished by sharing one dessert, the warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Perfect. One more surprise was the coffee I ordered after dinner. It was creamy and so tasteful and just the right finish to another delightful gathering. Congratulations and thank you Andrew for a wonderful restaurant and staff. Pamela
