Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in German Village

This was our first time- we went as a group of 4. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. Alex was our server and she was absolutely perfect. What a wonderful evening- we will be back!

Had our monthly girls dinner at Barcelona for December and it was wonderful. There were 10 of us and they put us at a round table, which is always preferred and our server Paul was wonderful. We split tapas and bottles of wine and the energy in the restaurant was so welcoming. The main courses were phenomenal, the steak was incredible. Everyone left full and happy and Paul ended the night dazzling us with a magic trick. We want to come back in the summer to sit on the patio!

Kudos to Forno for creating a fun seasonal pop-up speakeasy in the basement for the holidays. Decorations, including vintage video, set the mood for apres-ski R&R. Special themed drinks were great, especially the espresso martinis, and the six of us devoured the fondue. Would've been nice if they'd offered a couple more menu items like personal-size pizzas/flatbread from the kitchen upstairs, and maybe a little bigger assortment of dipping items for the cheese fondue than just orange cubed bell pepper, bread, and apple slices (maybe more fruit?), but the whole experience was enjoyable on our pop-up pub crawl.

Our server, Tim, was amazing - friendly, attentive to details, and always around when you needed him. The food was excellent as well.

Overall, we felt like welcomed and appreciated patrons, and we will most certainly be back. Food was great, most had hanger steak. Drinks were excellent. The table size was perfect for our group. Its location at the door made for a noisier, colder and less private dinner, and the use of stools for two of our party was less comfortable for them. Our server, Jenna was great, and she made up for the inconvenience with her enjoyable personality, complimentary bruschetta, and flexibility on appetizer portions.
