- SShannonvipPhiladelphia County •88 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe blood orange margarita was delicious. We also had barria tacos made with slow cooked lamb. Shrimp tacos, chicken enchiladas and a carne asada burrito. All the food was fresh, well seasoned and delicious. We started with quac and chips, I definitely recommend them. The vibe was fun and the service was spot on. Try it for a quick lunch or a yummy Mexican dinner.More infoEl VezPrice: Moderate• Mexican / Southwestern• Center City•4.7

We started with a couple of the specialty cocktails-Romarin and Nouveau Basilic: their pour was generous as our drinks lasted through our meals. A bonus of a basket of bread was brought to our table, such a rarity! Baguette, sourdough and what seamed a seasonal bread with cranberry and walnuts with beurre---seemed such a treat! Our waiter was attentive and made well informed dinner suggestions after asking us our preferences and we enjoyed the beef bourguignon; duck a l'orange and roasted chicken. As usual the service, smiles and promptness is perfect. "YASMINE" our server made my business partners very comfortable and brought top dining service to a new level. Professional, confident and well learned about the menu (including the specials) there was no doubt what we ordered would be spot on. Our hostesses greeted us with smiles and seated us promptly, well dressed and proper. Hats of to the chef, spectacular food prepared perfectly, and the dessert was to die for. It felt great to tell the manager how awesome their team is. He does a fine job keeping up on things.
