Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Fajardo

The food was very good. We had an issue with service being very slow, but the manager was very attentive and rectified the situation. We would still recommend this restaurant. Service issues do happen from time to time, even at the best restaurants.

I went with my beautiful and amazing wife, so I knew the company would be perfect. What I didn’t know was that the restaurant experience would also be perfect. From the moment we walked in the door, the vibe was welcoming and fun. We both ordered cocktails, which were excellent, and the Omnivore tasting menu was spectacular. The service was also wonderful - we had great conversations with Santiago and Audrey, and the entire team was knowledgable and warm. We loved our experience, and it will be in our “book” of places that are highlights of our love story together.

Our meal was fantastic. We had the salmon w chickpeas and the lobster soup. Both were delicious. Our waiter was also very accommodating. My mom had a sore throat, so he brought her some chamomile tea with sliced lemons and a little jar of honey, and some cream. He was very attentive throughout the whole meal. Food came on time. It was hot. It was divine. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Could not have had a better meal here at the Fairmont.

Pork belly app, followed Picanha and the lemon tart were all superb. Only topped by the excellent and attentive service, which was by far the best we’ve had in 10 days thus far in Puerto Rico!

Wow the rooftop setting is breathtaking, what a unique experience watching the full moon rise as we enjoyed our meal. Juan our waiter was attentive and friendly so we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Both the seafood fettuccine and salmon entrees were delicious. And again the rooftop is not to be missed for incredible views of Puerto Rico and the night sky!
