Matthew gave great recommendations and checked on us regularly. The table for two by the wall was not ideal. Imagine cutting a window in the wall so guests can see the sushi bar. Food and drinks were delicious!

This was my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. We started with the lamb lollies, house salad, smoked prime rib and I was treated to a cheesecake. Highly recommend best prime rib I have ever eaten and I live in Vegas !

A culinary adventure and exciting mystery at Flagstaff House! They helped make the birthday celebration very memorable for us and included a lovely personalized note and birthday wishes. The food was incredible and paired exceptionally well with the wine. There was even a crafty “blind wine tasting” that was thrilling to try to guess the wine. The four stars out of five was simply because there were a few items that we generally don’t eat on a regular basis that couldn’t be modified out of the chef’s tasting menu. However, It’s good to try new things and we loved the overall experience.

One of my favorite dining options. I don’t spend much time in Boulder but when I do I make it a point to try and make it over. Great cocktails, absolutely amazing food, love the ambience, and the staff has always been great. Can’t recommend enough.
