Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in St Leonards-On-Sea

What a lovely evening, we had a family celebration meal. The staff were welcoming and friendly, but not overbearing at all. The food was delicious, between us we tried loads of different dishes. The bread was very fresh, the olives delicious. One of us has a nut allergy and the dishes were clearly marked on the menus. Dessert portions were big! Tried a delicious non-alcoholic aperitif which I'd not had before and was truly lovely. A great experience, thanks.

Once again a fabulous meal with great service, although I’m a dog lover I’m not the biggest of fan of dogs in the dining area and I like them even less when the bark and the owners do nothing but talk to them as if they understood but overall a lovely meal

The food at The Cat has always been decent for a pub but this meal was well above the normal standard and much better than any pub food that I have had in a long time. Great place to visit, excellent service and definitely worth visiting. High quality food that is great value.

I’m still dreaming about my meal at the Hengist! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Don’t miss out on trying their steaks! If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again! The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. I especially loved the creative twists on classic dishes.
