With quality stonework and attractive sloping edges Lock 10 is one of 46 along the Royal Canal and continues to be a testament to the skill of the craftsmen involved. Our bar is adjacent to the Lock Keepers House, a post that became obsolete in 1961 when the canal was closed to traffic the previous year. Excellent service from time of booking to paying the bill. Lovely welcome downstairs and all staff were courteous, warm and professional. We had a really nice table which they rang to check beforehand. Food was delicious as always. Thanks a million.
