We visited on Christmas Eve, and it was an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and the sommelier helped us choose the perfect wine to pair with our dinner. The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend it!

Our dinner at Mirabelle was the best meal of our trip and overall best of any recent meals. My wife and I truly enjoyed everything from the superb service to the delicious entrees and amazing dessert. We had the Alaska Sablefish, Rack of Lamb, Tuna Sashimi, Citrus Salad, and a sweet ending of Baked Alaska. Of course, the smoked old fashioned and margarita were also perfect. Can't wait till we visit Beaver Creek again!
