From the ladies at the front dealing with reservations to our amazing server it was first class all the way! Staff were warm and friendly. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food was good. Thank you for such caring service. I will be back and recommend to my friends

I rarely do reviews good or bad, unless something during my visit was exceptional. Whether it be the food or the service or both. We usually go to The Keg in Coquitlam but we moved and this Keg is closer to us. I haven’t been to this one in 30 years. All the staff were very nice and took a few minutes to chat. Our server Nadia was great. She was friendly and very attentive. My steak was a bit under cooked for my preference and she took care of it. Then she followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Taylor, the dining room manager brought me my dinner when it was ready and genuinely apologized. He went beyond our expectations to make sure I was satisfied with my meal and with our dining experience. We enjoyed our visit. From the friendly staff, our attentive server, Nadia, and Taylor going beyond the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent too. Will definitely go back again!

The food was excellent! We had the set course and added a few extra dishes, so we got to try over 8 different plates, each one fantastic. The service was amazing, the decor was beautiful, and the wine selection was great with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We got their dine out menu and it was great!! For sure would recommend Bar Susu if you are hoping to take your significant out for a fancy and great dinner.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hosts were so kind and attentive, and made it a personal experience for us. We weren’t rushed at all, and the food and ambiance was great. We had the chefs tasting menu and it was pricy, but I think it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend it!
