- LLettyNew Orleans / Louisiana •3 reviews5.0Dined todayThe food at M Bistro was all exceptionally delicious. The service was superb, and the ambiance is fantastic- a truly beautiful venue, as is the entire Ritz Carlton. Our only 2 minor complaints are that the restaurant is difficult to find in the hotel. It's on the third floor behind the bar. We wandered around a while trying to figure out where it is, as directions are not displayed anywhere. The second is the coffee is similar to New York coffee- more watery than we're used to in New Orleans. But all in all, I heartily recommend M Bistro, and we'll be happy to return. As for the food, I had the redfish, which was really outstanding. The oysters Rockefeller were a unique recipe, but excellent.More infoM bistroPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• French Quarter•4.1

- DDDiamondDaveVIPNew Orleans / Louisiana •64 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAs usual, we had a very good experience. We had one of our two preferred servers (Rivers and Sarah) take care of us. Rivers was accommodating and attentive; Sarah stopped by to say hello. The Sardinian red was a very good match for the new funghi pizza. We asked Rivers about the availability of fresh thyme for the pizza and he brought some out. It turned a very good pie into an excellent one. The molten chocolate tort was outstanding.More infoDomenicaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Central Business District•4.5

- JJennyVIPNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined on 2 Feb 2025From the moment we walked into the Fountain Lounge at the Waldorf Astoria in New Orleans, the service was outstanding. It’s rare to have an experience where every team member you encounter is exceptional, but this was one of those rare instances. The staff went above and beyond, creating a seamless and memorable evening. A special thank you to Liam (Host), Thedriana (Server), Ronnie (Food Runner), and Eddie (Server) for their attentiveness and hospitality. Their service truly elevated the experience. The live music added to the ambiance, and the atmosphere exuded understated elegance—classic New Orleans charm at its finest. Whether you’re stopping in for a drink or a full meal, this is a spot worth visiting for both its refined setting and impeccable service. Highly recommend!More infoFountain LoungePrice: Moderate• Bistro• Central Business District•3.7
