- TThomasPhiladelphia County •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoMy wife and I had a very nice experience as usual. We chose an early dinner time, so the dining room wasn't crowded when we arrived (it did fill up quickly). Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. She took our order promptly, and the food was delivered to the table in a very reasonable amount of time. We both chose filet dishes (my order included crab cakes),, and the meat was prepared as ordered. We also ordered dessert: My wife had the berry crumble and I the flourless chocolate cake. Both were excellent. In summary, everything was as good as we have come to expect from Caleb's. We recommend them highly.More infoCaleb's American KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• New Hope•4.7

- SStevenPhiladelphia County •2 reviews5.0Dined on 14 Dec 2024Took some friends for a Saturday night dinner. It was our first time there. Read thru reviews and liked what we heard. 3 of us ordered the tortellini appetizer and all agreed it was one of the best pasta dishes we ever had. The other ordered the gnocchi, which was good as well. We all ordered different entrees: short rib, scallops, filet mignon, and veal chop. All were very pleased with their meal. For dessert, 3 of us ordered the profiteroles. One of our guests is French and he said it was one of the best he had since coming to the States over 10 years ago. The restaurant is small and tables are close together. But all of the diners seemed very respectful of one another so we were able to have a good conversation over a wonderful meal. The restaurant is BYOB, which is a nice touch. The prices are above average but you get what you pay for. The server made all of the dishes sound fantastic. Credit to her that she did not go through a ton of detail on each item. Her 'highlight' approach was just right to give us a sense of the strength of each item. It was not only me who appreciated that. All of our party commented positively on that.More infod'floret restaurantPrice: Moderate• American• Lambertville•4.8
