Best Organic Food Restaurants in Germantown

An old school Nashville vibe with really good food and laid back, but, attentive service. One of the best Italian menus in town. Definitely a place worth visiting. In Nashville's changing and growing restaurant landscape, this is a place you will put on your top 5-10 list for regular nights out.

First, we love the Hermitage Hotel and consider Drusie and Darr to be a tasteful, seamless extension of it. The restaurant and adjacent bar have been our go-to places for dinner before shows at the nearby TPAC or for after-performance drinks. We even meet our advisor quarterly in the bar or restaurant. He flies in and never fails to comment on the relaxing atmosphere after rushing through BNA. Our latest drinks and dinner at Drusie and Darr was the beginning of a sort of mini adult getaway. We checked into the hotel, headed down and spent enjoyable time in the restaurant, before heading over to TPAC. As to our dinner, my wife had the blackened sea bass and I, the warm shrimp salad. We shared the roasted cauliflower. My only complaint (minor) is that the salad seemed underdressed. The delicious buttery, citrussy dressing was simply drizzled over each of the shrimp; leaving the lettuce mix somewhat naked. Granted, I'm a dressing lover. Finally: we’ve eaten in other Jean-Georges restaurants and like most of them. One of the things we like about Drusie and Darr, however, is that one knows exactly where he or she will be seated: none of the being relegated to the “kid’s table” in adjacent spaces or at its very worst, the basement at the Pound Ridge Inn in NY.

Was there for a concert but ate dinner first. The staff was so nice to answer questions and always had a smile. The food was hot and fresh, we can not wait to go back, I have never been to such an upbeat energetic place with nice people. Yes I am A Southern girl and live my whole life in Nashville but usually restaurant staff and overall public places does not have southern hospitality like the Brooklyn Bowl.

Great service and food! One of my favorite spots to watch NFL games. Highly recommend!
