Best Organic Food Restaurants in Edwards

Always a winner! The food and service at Vin48 is reliably excellent. The staff is attentive. And the menu typically has some new items to try. During the shoulder season it is especially nice to support a local business. I appreciate that it is open!

The food was very good and a lot more creative than the food at the better restaurants in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. It is not cheap. But worth it for special oxassions. We enjoy talking to the staff. Everyone of them were bright, cheerful, interesting and competent.

The food is good but it does not live up to higher expectations set by the best in Beaver Creek, unfortunately. I find the mbiance delightful and the service reliably good.

Juniper is one of the finest , well run consistent in food quality and service in the Vail Valley.. The menu is creative and extensive covering all entrees imaginable. Normally most tables are filled, the service never less is timely, attentive as well the consistent quality of food being served at the right time . Additionally , the extremely full stocked bar is superb . I highly recommend Juniper’s for any and all occasions

Exceptional dinner. Not many customers in the restaurant last night so we had great service. All of the food items we ordered were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back.
