- FFernandoNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe restaurant’s interior is stunning, but for larger groups, you may be seated in an outdoor area. While the outdoor space is decent, it doesn’t quite match the ambiance of the inside. It is equipped with space heaters, but it was still a bit chilly during our visit. We requested to be moved indoors, and the staff was very accommodating, relocating us inside as space allowed. This, of course, depends on availability, and we were fortunate that there was room for our group of eight. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special by providing a birthday card for my niece and presenting her cake with a candle. The food was, as always, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant 100%!More infoTavern on the GreenPrice: Expensive• American• Midtown West•4.7

- SSharonVIPNew York City •33 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoBeautiful restaurant with outstanding service. The food is spotty. The fried chicken was dried and overcooked - had to send it back. The sweet potato bread was bland and in desperate need of the delicious accompanying herb butter. The burger was very good but hardly "the best in the city" as our server informed us. The mushroom pizza with it's bountiful array of earthy, "freshly foraged" mushrooms atop a crispy wheat crust was excellent. The fact that you pay a king's ransom for the pleasure of dining at this Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant made it somewhat disappointing. I'm happy I went but wouldn't go back.More infoABC KitchenPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Gramercy Park•4.4
- CCalvinVIPNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024The dinner was spectacular in every way. Hygge in New York! The atmosphere was cozy, congenial and filled with Christmas cheer. Flowers and soft candle light everywhere. The punterelle salad was perfectly dressed with ample anchovies, the sea bream en papillote was tender and infused with deep flavor. Add a perfectly balanced negroni sbagliatto to start and the evening was perfect.More infoPalmaPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Greenwich Village•4.9
