Best Organic Food Restaurants in Waldridge

Since its relaunch and service of only tasting menus, Six has become one of our very favourite restaurants - which is slightly odd because we usually avoid tasting menus. We had the nine-course menu, the alternatives being a six-course and vegetarian six and nine-course alternatives. One great thing is that, not being oyster-lovers, one can swap out a course that doesn't appeal for a veggie alternative. Service is attentive but without crowding, and friendly rather than stiffly formal, which we like. Every course was a masterpiece in taste and presentation, and we've eaten worse in Michelin-starred places at twice the price. Wine starts at under £30 a bottle, but you can push the boat out and pay far more. So not a cheap place but very good value, and with excellent waiting staff.

The service was fantastic, food was great. The only negative was we sat next to the window and it was quite cold which they later put the heating on which helped.

Lovely little friendly pub. Food was nice and the staff are so lovely and friendly .
