Best Organic Food Restaurants in North Lawndale

The place was slammed. Of course it was, it was Saturday night before christmas. Our server had his hands full, but he juggled effortlessly with a personality that was top notch! Drew was fantastic and the food as always was top notch!

Incredible food - the beef tartare was zesty and delicious, beef short ribs had body but could still be cut by a butter knife, and the oat financier dessert was a delightful, lightly salty, perfectly balanced dessert - all incredible. The beef short ribs had some of the best umami flavor I've ever had thanks to the roasted puree (I think celery?) they put on the dish. Great drinks as well, try the Bella & Beatrice if you like gin at all.

Every bite was outstanding! Portions are small - plan to order 2 plates per person or more. But, quality is absolutely excellent. Some of the best bites of the year for me!

Miru went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. The reservation timing was flawless, our booth was cozy and inviting, and our server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu to accommodate my guest’s seashell allergy and not over order. The wagyu and nigiri were top quality and tasteful. Every bite was a delight. It was such a special night. Thank you, Miru!

So much flavor in every bite. Everything is Well balanced on the pallete. Even the drinks! Don’t forget to ask about the drink of the month.
