Open one in Castle Rock!! Outstanding in every way! Meals were superb, service impeccable, ambiance very pleasant!

Our server was wonderful and very helpful. The food was unique and tasted great. We had the meatball and tamale appetizer. Both tasted great and a good combination together. Entrees were steak and venison, maybe steaks were a tad undercooked but they were delicious. Intimate and nice place.

It was a fantastic birthday for my 26-year-old son and our family! The service was 100% on point, every morsel was absolutely delicious. This is our go to for celebrations. We’ve been to a number of Melting Pots around the country, and this one is our favorite because of the cozy, rustic atmosphere and the wonderful service.

It is humbling and reassuring to know that some restaurant professionals are willing to work this hard to produce high quality local cuisine. The farm to table concept is an added bonus. The price fixe menu was impeccably put together, and the resulting taste combination was nothing short of sublime. Excellent and knowledgeable waitstaff without a hint of pretentiousness. Thank you Bramble & Hare… we hope to be back for another special occasion!

Everyone we interacted with, host, bartender, and servers were amazing. As was the food. We were celebrating my oldest son’s 21st birthday and you made it very special for him. Joking about his temporary license, complimentary champagne and Tiramisu, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you. We will be back soon.
