This review is coming from someone who is not vegan, so you should not be skeptical this is not ChatGPT writing this review nor am I being paid. I had the pleasure to attend their Summer and now, Autumn course servings, and I have one word to describe their food pairing - OUT OF CONTROL! I certainly do not discriminate when it comes to food choices, and I have heard from others this hidden gem is good, and can be hard to get reservations. But we did for both times, and to say I was impressed is an understatement. The way the chef is able to take food and give the appearance and taste of meat or seafood, I still question to this day. I wish I could say one dish was the best or stood out (the bread - ssshhh). All I have to say, just go and get yourself on the reservation list and go, just go! You will not be disappointed. Once you have your fist bite, you will say to yourself, how come they do not have half of one Michelin star...? I am a fan of this place now :-)

Delicious, one of Texas’ bests all around. I will dream of that meal until I visit again. Everything from apps to dessert was original and delicious - and the service was world class. Queso dish with mini tortillas was the best I’ve had, ever! The chicken dish was perfectly seasoned with flavors blended so well. Dessert and warm chocolate drink were amazing. It’s warm, cozy, interesting and welcoming. Dining here was like a big hug you don’t want to end! Ramses was a great server. It was so refreshing to hear him so excited about the food and chef — and every team member shared that type of enthusiasm and warmth. Thank you all for a fantastic experience!

Service was excellent and overall food was good. The avocado mousse for dessert tasted too much like banana and not enough cacao.

Food and service did not disappoint for our first time to experience this popular restaurant. Deviled eggs were to die for as well as the crispy brussel sprout leaves and melt in your mouth collard greens. The reasonably priced tenderloin with mushrooms added was well prepared but slightly over cooked; the server quickly replaced with another that was delicious.
