Best Lunch Restaurants in Slingerlands

The food and service at Athos are always outstanding! Our server, Efe, was very professional, competent, friendly, and helpful. I have dined here many times; it was a first visit for my guest. She loved it! Definitely at the top of our return visit list! 

I've dined here on two occasions for birthday celebration and both times have been fantastic. The drinks, service, and food were wonderful. The atmosphere is bright and festive and the seating is comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment.

We visited for a late lunch. We both had the salad special of the day and added seared salmon. It was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Andrea, our waitress was wonderful - the perfect combination of professional and friendly. Josie’s Table is a great go-to spot for a nice meal!

Great place! We were visiting for the night and were looking for an American cuisine. Booked this place and it didn’t disappoint! Great atmosphere, nice looking restaurant, friendly staff and food was good! Enough choices for all. Would definitely be back!

The ambiance and food are always great here - not the issue. The service is book or busy, and this visit was more of a bust. The server was likely on the newer side, but was clearer not trained in the art of customer service. Lack of communication, not checking in to see if we needed anything (had to flag him down to get more drinks, nothing after our dinner was delivered), and no birthday acknowledgment even though my reservation called it out and I told him before the birthday girl arrived. Will be back, but hopefully a friendlier server.
