We enjoyed a lovely presentation of Ahi Tuna laced with avocado and tossed in sesame and soy and placed on a kitchen fried tortilla. There were three of them and they were presented as a “tower”. Even better, you could pick one up like a piece of pizza. Wish I had taken a picture. For the main course we split a yummy rocket fish steamed in banana leaves and pork belly tacos. Our server was an absolute delight. And service can sometimes be even more important than the cuisine.
