The crab cake was amazing. Even the crab alone was tender and lemony. We each got the 8oz filet w a house salad for me and French onion soup for her. The salad was fresh and tasty but got a bit soggy w Italian, as most do. The French onion soup was fantastic. I’m pretty sure there was a 3ft cheese pull involved. Our steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection and the mashed potatoes were delectable. The service was amazing. It was a little pricey but the atmosphere, service and food were fantastic. Gold Bison put on an amazing dinner and allowed us all space to gather and celebrate! The food was amazing- 3 carving stations, a salad table, a wide variety of side dish options, soups and breads AND a dessert table with coffee. We had a great wait staff who helped with orders from the bar. The reservation and check-in process was simple. There was even live music!
