Best Lunch Restaurants in Merrillville, IN

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The ginger soy salmon was delicious. The Dana’s Parmesan chicken was also delicious. The Asian slaw and roasted vegetables were delicious as usual. The pesto Caesar salad was the best I have had there. Our server, Julie G, was excellent. And of course the wine was awesome.

As you enter the restaurant, you're welcomed by a warm atmosphere and a friendly bartender. Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as the place fills up quickly. Once seated, your attentive server greets you with a smile and shares the evening's specials while offering drinks. Feel free to ask them any questions about the menu, as they are very knowledgeable. The restaurant operates like a well-oiled machine, with each employee focused on providing excellent service. I highly recommend dining at Gamba for a delightful night out or lunch, guaranteed to offer quality food, fair prices, and an enjoyable atmosphere with friends, family, or colleagues.

Chicken and waffles were the best ones I've ever had, the burger with the gold flakes was also really cool. Drinks were great and our server was lovely. Our only "complaint" is that they didn't have gluten free toast available which is no big deal but would be a nice addition to the brunch menu. But we were 110% satisfied
