Skyviews Restaurant is a full-service, largely self-supporting restaurant designed and operated to provide a hospitality laboratory experience for up to 50 students each week. While you are enjoying an excellent meal in the lovely surroundings, students are developing skills and applying knowledge. Every day is a learning experience for our students, and we welcome comments and suggestions as we strive to improve your dining experience. We greatly appreciate your patronage. Wow our experience was wonderful ! The food was amazing! We enjoyed the lobster corn dogs, crispy brussels sprouts, salmon & shrimp diosa verde, bone marrow ribeye, and lobster & shrimp pasta diablo. Everything was so delicious. We look forward to our next visit. The perfect place for dinner before going to the Bubby Holly Hall for a show.

We were celebrating my son’s engagement, Our evening started a little rough we were a party of 6, we got seated in a booth. It was very tight space, my son asked for a bigger table and our waitress didn’t skip a beat, she moved us quickly and efficiently. The rest of the evening was great from the waitress to the delicious food.

Food was delicious! The hummus is so flavorful! Doesn't taste so typical. The pork chop was cooked to leave a faint pink, very, very moist and a delicious crust. Veggies were also well pan roasted with good color and flavor.
