Serving contemporary French food, this much-loved independent restaurant has been going strong for over 22 years. Before booking, please note the restaurant has both downstairs and upstairs. The same menu options are available on both floors. There is no lift upstairs. Re Tasting Menu Timings: At lunch you must book before 1.45pm, and at dinner before 8.45pm.     Enjoyed the food and staff friendly. The place just felt grubby, table was sticky although we had seen them clean it before we sat down. Possibly have table cloths or even paper ones like in France , as it’s a French restaurant.

    We had an absolutely amazing experience for a special occasion—our friend’s wedding celebration. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service stood out the most—our waiter went above and beyond, taking the time to show us different steak cuts and sharing his incredible knowledge of the menu. His attention to detail made the dining experience even more special. The host was equally fantastic—so warm, friendly, and engaged, making us feel truly welcome. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making this a experience to remember. Highly recommend for any special occasion!
