Best Lunch Restaurants in Edmonds

My two friends and I met at Girardi's for dinner on a Monday night expecting the place not to be busy. The staff did not expect to be busy either with only 1 server, Mike, and only 2 cooks in the kitchen. By 6:30, all the tables were filled with diners. Mike was running from table to table taking orders and sometimes apologizing that service may be a bit slow due to limited staffing, but that was not to be. We were served our appetizers, drinks and entrees within a relatively short time. The staff did an excellent job overall, were very friendly and the food was great.

Delicious food, inclusive options (mocktails, vegan and gluten free items) and friendly staff.. this place is a must!!

We had a quiet Wednesday lunch here. What was good ... An intriguingly curated cocktail menu - we wanted to try them all! The best fries we have ever had - seriously! Worth the visit just to try them. My wife had an outstandingly good Wagyu beef burger. Service was excellent - Jorge is a star! Ambience - it's an airy open restaurant in the lodge and of course in a beautiful setting. What was moderate ... I had a a cauliflower steak with mushrooms and a cauliflower / mushroom puree. It was good, but just a little bland. I'd have liked a dash of something sharp / spicy to add some lift, but then I do like a kick in my lunch. Nevertheless it was good and nicely prepared and presented. And nothing bad at all. An excellent lunch and good value too. Definitely going again, but I may watch the menu for changes in the vegetarian option.

Our book club met here for lunch today. I requested a quiet spot and we were the only ones seated by the fireplace. Very nice!

We had a wonderful evening at Red Lobster. The food was great and the service was excellent and the prices were reasonable for Christmas Dinner. Will definitely go back again.
