Best Lunch Restaurants in Cheriton Fitzpaine

Loved the decor and the meal was tasty and served by friendly staff. However, it was extremely noisy and the wait between courses became longer as the evening went on meaning we left in a bit of a rush to get to our booked entertainment.

We had the afternoon tea for 2 which was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was lovely and we had a lovely afternoon.

3 of us visited mid week for lunch, having read such good reviews, and we weren't disappointed. A great low key vibe without any pretension, small and with excellent staff. The four course tasting menu was absolutely delicious, very different flavours and styles. A highlight was perfectly cooked cod loin with a cauliflower puree and dill oil. The only thing we didn't like do much were the drink flights (we had both alcohol and virgin). Some of the flavours were too challengng for us. When we go back (which we will) we'll probably just get a bottle of wine to enjoy.

Food was exceptional. A decent Sunday menu to choose from and the portions were just right. Not overloaded and overwhelmed. It was busy but everyone was so friendly.

Been twice in the last week. Had to go back a second time as the experience was so good the first time. The second time did not disappoint. First time was a date, second was with Mum, Nan and Son. Everybody loved Harry's. The food is great, staff are very attentive without interrupting your evening. Nothing is too much trouble. Its a very popular restaurant for good reason. Faultless experience start to finish. looking forward to booking the function room with friends very soon. My new favourite spot to eat.
