Best Lunch Restaurants in Banff

Had a great dining experience recently at Hello Sunshine. Decided to go with the omakase (Chef's Choice), and was treated to a 5 course meal that was incredibly well done. Great spot in Banff.

Our experience from making the reservation and making adjustments to the time was so easy and the hostess was very accommodating. We have been on the road and this trip is our anniversary trip celebrating our marriage. The steering was a great spot where we could view the outside as well as see the fireplace and view the kitchen. The staff had left a cheers to our anniversary card on our table, very thoughtful. Our waitress, Christine, was absolutely wonderful. She made great recommendations and made sure that my food allergies did not affect my ability to enjoy the dishes. She made sure our servers explained every dish and what was safe for me to enjoy and the other dishes that had ingredients that I was allergic to, she made sure it was deconstructed so I could still enjoy the dish and my husband could enjoy the dish with the accoutrements. The steak was perfectly cooked. My husband and I ordered it medium rare but he asked for it to be a little bit on the medium side so there was A crisp on the outside layer but still pink/red in the center. I would also like to add that the carrot cake, by far the best we have had.

Our annual Christmas Party dinner was a wonderful event held at Balkan. We give 100% marks to the staff / management and entertainers. Overall great value for you money. We support and recommend to family and friends.

They must have taken feedback in the month since I least ate here for their taste of Banff experience- it was phenomenal this evening. I think one of the mains was swapped out or left off but my 2 go too options were still there, and the sticky toffee pudding added as a dessert option. It was delicious! Great service, amazing drinks and delicious food. Atmosphere was delightful and staff was very accommodating as i was on crutches. I cant wait to go back! Definitely on the top of my list for restaurants in banff. I would 110% recommend!
