Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Vail

Had a great Christmas dinner! We checked out the menu beforehand and thought we knew what we were going to order, but they didn't have the chicken dish on the menu. Waitress said they just switched over to a Winter Menu. So my son ordered the Steak, which he said was the best he ever had! I ordered the Stroganoff, which was delish and my husband ordered the Weiner Schnitzel which he said was great! Desserts were fabulous too! Definitely would recommend!

Our experience at Alpenrose was absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing, with beautifully crafted dishes full of flavor. The ambiance is magical, with charming decor that makes you feel like you’re in the heart of the Alps. Perfect for a special evening or anyone looking for a unique dining experience in Vail.

Good ambience and food. Lacks many vegetarian options which is atypical of a Mexican restaurant. Salsa was okay. The wagyu hot dog amazing. Thanks for being open on Christmas eve.

It was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food was fine, not great. But I liked they didn’t have so many options so you can just make your choice fast. We were scheduled for the first reservation of the day, and they weren’t ready. The food took too long to come, and they put us close to the bathrooms (when the entire restaurant was empty), so it was not ideal.

We had a great time visiting with friends who came to our hotel ! We were not rushed. The service was great and food delicious! Martine our server was very attentive!!
